We’re George and Jill Manty, owners of MantyWeb and now Service Pro Leads. We started MantyWeb 11 years ago to help build businesses through digital marketing. We get asked that a lot. By marketers. By plumbers. Maybe it’s in our DNA. Jill’s grandfather owned a plumbing supply business in the early 1900s. When she was growing up, her Dad was in construction, and she spent a lot of time on job sites helping out and watching all of the work that went into building and maintaining homes.

For whatever reason, since we first started MantyWeb, we’ve been drawn to business owners who work in the home service industry.

How will this help me market my business?

Digital marketing is necessary for any service business in today’s market. Our program takes a three prong approach – local search optimization, organic search and paid search management. Whether you prefer forms or phone calls, we’ll direct qualified leads to contact you.

What is local search?

Ever typed in “plumbing company near me” or any other search with a geographic qualifier? When results are returned that show a map with businesses, those are local search results. Many consumers use these map listings as their primary way to decide which company to call.

How can I get more leads for my service company?

You really have two options. Spend months, possibly years, learning how to optimize your site, show up higher in the map listings and make your paid search work for you. Or you can hire someone who has already put in the time on the learning piece. There are lots of options out there when it comes to hiring someone at lots of price points. Do you help with plumbing advertising?

Sort of. We’re not an ad agency, so if you’re looking to do true media buys, like telelvision advertising, we can refer you to people, but that’s not really what we do. We can, however, help you get more clicks for less money through Google and social ads.

What if I already have a website?

Most service pros have a website. The question is not whether you have a website. The question is whether you have a website that generates leads. We’re guessing if you were completely happy with the growth of your business, you wouldn’t be visiting this page. All of our Service Pro Leads packages include a website. Do I have to do paid search? And is the ad spend included in the amount quoted?

You can choose whether you’d like to include paid search (Google ads), and we’ll recommend your ad spend. Typically, you’ll be looking at $500-1500/month of recommended ad spend.

Can I sign up for any of your services individually?
